Who we are
The AI Experts (theaiexperts.co.uk) is an unincorporated partnership. Our correspondence address is 37 Westminster Buildings, Theatre Square, Nottingham NG1 6LG. If you have any questions about your data, contact us at hello@theaiexperts.co.uk.
What we collect
- Survey answers about your business sector, size, frustrations, goals, AI usage, revenue band, investment willingness, and decision-making role.
- Your name, business name, email address, and (optionally) phone number.
- Anything you type into the AI chat on your report page.
- Technical data: IP address (hashed for rate-limiting), timestamp.
Why we collect it
- To generate your personalised AI Opportunity Report.
- To send you the report and follow-up emails about how AI could help your business.
- To prevent abuse of the system.
Lawful basis
We process your data on the basis of consent (which you give at the end of the survey) and legitimate interest for technical operations like rate-limiting.
Where it’s stored
Your data is stored on Supabase servers in the UK (London region). AI processing is performed by Anthropic (Claude). Email delivery is handled by Resend. Call bookings are managed through Cal.com. Internal admin notifications are sent through Pushover.
How long we keep it
We keep your data for as long as you’re a prospective client (typically up to 24 months from your last interaction with us), unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- Show you what we hold about you
- Correct anything that’s wrong
- Delete it entirely
- Stop sending you emails (use the unsubscribe link in any email, or email us)
Cookies
We use a small number of strictly necessary cookies to remember your survey progress. We don’t use any third-party tracking or analytics cookies.
Complaints
If you’re not happy with how we’ve handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk. We’d appreciate the chance to put things right first, so please contact us before raising a complaint.
